Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the retail team to meet store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or consumer electronics products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly about new offerings.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
