Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to meet store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or consumer electronics products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly about new offerings.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Passion for retail, sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
