Responsibility
- Provide personalized product demonstrations and consultations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of Gintell’s electronics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and industry trends to offer accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand advocacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, consumer goods, or luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or a keen interest in technology, health, and wellness electronics.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or retail management is a plus.
