Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for retail banking products and services.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Bank Rakyat’s products, terms, and benefits to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in retail sales, banking, or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including savings, loans, and investment options.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
