Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or wellness products.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
