Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for all clients.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting Gintell’s premium wellness and lifestyle products, including massage chairs, air purifiers, and health tech solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and confidence in their purchase decisions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Gintell’s product range, including new launches, promotions, and technical specifications.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store KPIs, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing to reflect Gintell’s brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, wellness, or consumer electronics sectors (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong product knowledge and eagerness to learn about wellness and lifestyle technologies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Prior experience in Bali’s retail market or familiarity with the local culture is advantageous.
