Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting clients with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand customer needs and suggest tailored solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and brand values to deliver accurate information.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently, handle cash and digital payments, and manage inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product lines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
