Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable LOTUS'S products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to deliver accurate and compelling information.
  • Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and loyalty programs.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain detailed sales records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to drive sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and master new product lines.
  • Passion for customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
