Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail outlets to promote products, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to drive customer interest and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the brand or outlet management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines for product displays and promotions.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure stock availability, merchandising standards, and promotional setups.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing or sales team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or promotional experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and engaging with customers.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to represent the brand professionally.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, or consumer products is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to assigned outlet locations within the Badung region.
