Responsibility
- Execute daily retail and outlet sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building long-term client relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and maintain outlet presentation standards to enhance visual appeal.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies tailored to local market demands.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain sales records.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet outlet operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer preferences is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
