Responsibility
- Execute daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned outlets and territories.
- Maintain outlet presentation standards, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in visual merchandising and product displays to enhance customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Report sales performance, inventory levels, and operational issues to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Basic computer skills, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
