Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
