Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and inventory systems to ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy.
- Maintain real-time inventory updates by scanning products, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations for alternative items, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Organize and maintain the visual merchandising of the store, including product displays, signage, and promotional setups.
- Collaborate with the retail team to process incoming shipments, label products, and distribute stock to designated areas.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of merchandise and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate low-stock items to the inventory manager to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation processes, including auditing picked orders and resolving any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, warehousing, or order picking is a plus.
- Proficient in using handheld scanners, POS systems, and basic computer applications (training provided for proprietary systems).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 15 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on mall operating hours.
