Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable Tyuzu Skincare products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Tyuzu Skincareās product line, ingredients, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, including product demonstrations, sampling, and after-sales follow-ups.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, skincare innovations, and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferably in skincare or cosmetics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of skincare products, routines, and ingredients (training will be provided).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in beauty or skincare (e.g., esthetics, dermatology basics) is a plus.
