Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular store visits (minimum 10 stores) to monitor performance, ensure brand compliance, and address operational challenges.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store productivity, customer engagement, and sales conversion rates.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to align on promotional strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Track KPIs (e.g., sales per square meter, customer feedback scores) and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
- Train and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to recommend strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail operations, sales leadership, or team management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multi-store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to visit assigned stores.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
