Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions and product launches.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and managing teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, Microsoft Office, and inventory systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical retail sector is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
