Responsibility
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed according to planograms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and promotional compliance.
- Report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales team.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about products when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or merchandising (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with store personnel.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of consumer products and retail operations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
