Responsibility
- Develop and implement visually appealing product displays in retail outlets to attract customers and boost sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability and proper stock rotation.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, compliance, and brand representation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis to recommend improvements in product placement and merchandising strategies.
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and effective selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, sales performance, and inventory reports.
- Ensure all branding guidelines and visual merchandising standards are consistently applied.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store managers and teams.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
