Responsibility
- Stock and replenish products on shelves and displays to ensure availability and attractiveness.
- Maintain and update store displays according to company guidelines and promotional plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of store sections to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locations.
- Keep track of sales performance and provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
