Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic retail business plan to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with the Clubâs objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Curate a premium product selection that resonates with the Clubâs elite membership, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and vendor negotiations, to optimize turnover and minimize waste.
- Enhance the in-store and digital shopping experience through creative visual merchandising, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, F&B, Events) to create seamless, integrated member experiences.
- Maintain compliance with all operational, financial, and legal standards, ensuring a secure and efficient retail environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or club environments.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems, POS software, and retail KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
