Responsibility
- Complete a structured 12-month training program with rotations in store operations, sales, and customer service.
- Assist in daily store management, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Support inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store events.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost loyalty and retention.
- Participate in leadership development workshops and receive mentorship from senior management.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by addressing operational challenges and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail analytics is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for retail.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to assigned locations in Bali as needed.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
