Responsibility
- Complete a structured in-store training program to develop retail management skills.
- Assist in daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Learn and apply retail best practices, including loss prevention and staff scheduling.
