Responsibility
- Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding order handling and customer service
- Report any inventory discrepancies or operational issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to use order management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
