Responsibility
- Execute daily retail sales activities to achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation, merchandising, and in-store promotions to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and guiding purchases to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with the outlet team to implement marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, transaction logs, and customer feedback for performance analysis.
- Uphold company and brand policies, including hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or outlet operations (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) and numerical aptitude for sales reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Familiarity with retail best practices, visual merchandising, and promotional strategies.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
