Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Prepare and package food items according to brand standards and hygiene regulations
- Stock and replenish inventory, including food products, packaging, and retail merchandise
- Monitor product quality and freshness, reporting any issues to management promptly
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including setup, cleaning, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus)
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
