Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product selections, and purchases of mobile phones and accessories.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking mobile accessories and devices to ensure availability.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Promote sales through upselling, cross-selling, and recommending complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter to attract and retain customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, product features, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
