Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Manage the retail counter, including processing sales, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter display to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock or damaged items to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, product launches, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and related technology (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle cash transactions accurately.
