Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate B2B and institutional markets in Bali, focusing on premium postpaid telecom products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs for tailored telecom solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications, IT, or corporate services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends (postpaid solutions, data plans, enterprise connectivity).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
