Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and financing options.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to streamline customer interactions.
- Generate and provide receipts, invoices, and other transaction documents as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with financial and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in retail or automotive industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.
