Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing inquiries regarding products and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area.
- Perform daily cash counts and reconcile sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment during downtime.
- Uphold security protocols for cash handling and store assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (electronics retail experience is a major plus).
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals is highly preferred.
- Polite, patient, and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
