Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area in alignment with MANGO’s brand standards.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price tag updates at the checkout zone.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Uphold security protocols to prevent theft or fraud, including verifying payment methods and monitoring suspicious activity.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty programs to inform and engage customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role (preferably in fashion or luxury retail).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations (training provided for MANGO-specific tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or hospitality are advantageous.
