Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to ensure record-keeping compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Balance cash registers at the start and end of each shift, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting low supplies to the supervisor.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and discounts in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless checkout experience during peak hours.
- Adhere to all cash-handling procedures and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, inventory software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or finance is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive information.
