Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash handling procedures
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service roles
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Excellent numerical and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
