Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, anticipating requests and resolving any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Upsell specials, promotions, or premium menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with willingness to learn our menu offerings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays or plates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a bonus.
