Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, villas, and Airbnb units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and toiletries to ensure a fresh and inviting environment for guests.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to verify they meet quality standards before guest check-in.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a healthy and hazard-free environment.
- Handle laundry and ironing tasks for guest linens and property textiles as required.
- Assist with setting up rooms for special requests or events (e.g., romantic stays, family gatherings).
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or issues identified during cleaning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (preferably in hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under time constraints.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items (up to 10-15 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency) to understand instructions and interact with guests or supervisors.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or split shifts as needed to accommodate guest schedules.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
