Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile daily sales reports
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Promote current sales and special offers to customers
- Handle product returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role (retail experience preferred)
- Strong numerical and computational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of retail products and sales techniques
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
