Responsibility
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to all customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (cashier experience preferred).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, card terminals).
