EO Executive Optical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our premium optical retail store in the vibrant heart of Bali. As the face of our brand, you will oversee all store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in one of Southeast Asia’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of optical staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and optical industry regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality eyewear products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or luxury goods industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, meet sales targets, and drive operational improvements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with optical products, lens technology, and eyewear trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
