Responsibility
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchases to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain the boutiqueâs visual appeal by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage inventory with accuracy.
- Engage with customers through social media platforms, including assisting with live sales and content creation to promote the boutiqueâs brand.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and product performance to help shape future inventory decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and boutique promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for style, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Comfortable engaging with customers both in-person and through digital platforms, including live sales and social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
