Responsibility

  • Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchases to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual appeal by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage inventory with accuracy.
  • Engage with customers through social media platforms, including assisting with live sales and content creation to promote the boutique’s brand.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and product performance to help shape future inventory decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and boutique promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and an eye for style, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
