Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in Mandarin and English.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, sales reports, and operational workflows.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a multicultural or tourist-heavy retail environment is a plus.
