Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, sales reports, and operational workflows.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email).
