Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing and shopper-friendly store layout.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (fresh graduates with a passion for retail are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
