Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases for beauty and fashion items.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs and brand workshops to enhance product and service expertise.
