Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in merchandising displays.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, and ensure proper storage of inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Passion for home décor, furniture, or retail industries.
