Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, stocking, and organizing products
- Process inventory including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock checks
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and promotions
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting in-store promotions
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Familiarity with home improvement products is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
