As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during opening (10:45 AM – 7:45 PM) and closing (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) shifts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for retail are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work 5–6 days per week with flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
