Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting pet owners with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage daily sales records accurately.
- Assist in the care of in-store pets, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their well-being.
- Educate customers on pet care best practices, product features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to receive and organize inventory, ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people and pets.
- Basic knowledge of pet care, products, and industry trends (training will be provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move products (up to 10-15 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
