Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that matches their style, needs, and budget while promoting the brand’s premium products.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the product line, including materials, features, and benefits, to provide expert recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while adhering to company policies.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion eyewear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and delivering high-end service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen sense of style.
