Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in restocking merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive sales.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, verifying orders, and updating inventory records.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma in retail, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (pharmacy experience is advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a plus.
