Responsibility
- Assist customers with purchases, including blind boxes and DIY Ramen Station products.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operate the DIY Ramen Station, guiding customers through the process and ensuring a fun experience.
- Manage inventory, restock products, and maintain a clean and organized retail space.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Promote products through engaging demonstrations and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and energetic store atmosphere.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays and events.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for processing transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a part-time schedule.
- Passion for retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light inventory items.
