Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies or shortages to the store manager.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including setting up displays and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and card transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience with POS systems or retail software is an advantage.
