Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure adequate stock.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, and organize products for display.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Promote sales through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty program engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is advantageous.
